Is your life not quite where you would like it to be? Are you struggling? Then perhaps it's time to seek help in moving forward.

Starting the process of enhancing your life can be both empowering and frightening. I am very aware of the feelings that may be brought to the first few sessions.

Using metacognition, defined as an awareness of one’s own thought processing creating a pathway for change., we will work towards self-assessing and self-correcting of the matter at hand. Awareness = Knowledge = Strategy = Action = Change!

Together, we will confront obstacles and develop skills, which will lead to confident decision making and lasting solutions. My work is characterized by intuition, compassion, optimism and collaboration. I try to be straightforward without being harsh, and encouraging without any pressure. I am approachable, and genuine.

My clients emerge from our sessions feeling stronger, empowered, and self-aware. This ultimately enhances their ability to connect on a more intimate level in all interpersonal relationships.

Being born an empath, I use my intuition when helping my clients reach their goals through hypnotherapy and metaphysical healing services.

What is Metaphysical Humanistic Science?

Metaphysical Humanistic Science is an approach that emphasizes the importance of being your true self in order to lead the most fulfilling life. Metaphysics draws upon the insights of traditional philosophy and extends beyond it in search of general principles or laws (ex: Universal Law of Attraction) that can help us shape human emotions and experiences to expand our perception and understanding of our reality. The humanistic perspective emphasizes empathy of the self and focuses on self-actualization, self-acceptance and self-completeness. Metaphysical counseling helps us heal through the understanding of universal elements of reality; meaning, knowing, cause and being while focusing on overcoming difficulties through personal growth.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the skilled art of using clinical hypnosis to induce an altered state of consciousness to bring about change in the subconscious mind. Psychological research has shown that the great majority of our feelings, behaviors, responses, thoughts, and attitudes stem from our subconscious mind. Within this deep level of consciousness lies the positive and negative belief’s that we associate with throughout life. 

Holding a degree in Clinical Hypnosis, I can help you change your life by connecting to a level of the unconscious mind. With hypnosis, you can accelerate the process of therapy, reduce anxiety and overcome fears, allowing for the healing and understanding of painful memories and experiences. 

What is Parapsychology?

Parapsychology is the study of the paranormal sciences. Investigating experiences such as ESP, telepathy, clairvoyance, near death experiences and spiritual phenomena. A parapsychologist can help guide those on a spiritual path outside of the ego using the mystery surrounding the universe. What is Life Coaching?

A life coach encourages and directs their clients on personal goals and transitioning. Examples include fear of moving forward or fear of making a mistake. Often we don’t recognize our own power. Having a life coach can help you distinguish unhealthy patterns that need to be remedied so that you can move forward and reach your full potential. Life coaching services can be in conjunction with hypnotherapy, metaphysical science, spiritual counseling or parapsychology.
